SureFix Gold is designed to simplify procurement for both buyers and site managers, helping sites run efficiently and stay within budget. This easy-to-use online portal helps control spending on everyday fixings & site supplies. It allows for easy product selection and ordering, fast delivery of products to site, boosting efficiency and saving procurement time.

The SureFix Gold portal provides innovative online ordering to facilitate site buying and offers 3 levels of account management and administrator controls. 

Level 1 - Empower site buying with confidence

As your site managers will be provided with their own individual portal login, we are able to refine prices and products to suit your needs and requirements. Once logged in site managers will only be able to order from your approved product list, and these all at your approved prices - giving you the assurance that everyday site requirements will be taken care of. The informative portal allows site managers to make easy product selection, thus eliminating product identification errors and helping to avoid unnecessary delays. We are also able to set order value limits on any order site can place.

Level 2 – Retain control to authorise every order

This platform offers the same features as level 1, but requires a buyer or contracts manager to actually approve and place the order. When site managers select goods and place an order online, this in effect raises an order requisition which is then submitted via email for review. Buyers or contracts managers can then login to view and edit the order - this allows for adding or subtracting quantities or product lines - and requires approval to actually place the order. Once the order is placed online, site managers are notified by email and the order is processed.

  • Provision to add order numbers or any required notes
  • Requires buyer or contracts manager to approve and place order to proceed (also the option to decline if necessary)

Level 3 – A combination of both platform levels

Level 3 brings the benefits of both the above platforms by allowing site managers to place their own orders up to a preset order value, and when an order exceeds this value the system reverts to level 2 which requires a buyer or contracts manager to approve & actually place the order.
